1. Mac provides their counters with sample containers SPECIFICALLY for this purpose.
2. Vent all you want on you tube however I would really advise you to write out your complaint on the mac website. This is just bad customer service and the company WILL call them on it if informed. And vice versa with good comments.
No joke, tell the company. It's a huge deal that their employees provide good customer service.

Every time I would stop by my Mac counter in blooming dales, they wouldnt even pay attention to you. They'd be too busy deciding what they would order from star bucks. So for the first time I decided to stop by my Macy's Mac counter. They are soo nice! I will not be going back to the blooming dales Mac counter again!

I've only met two genuine MAC MUAS, and I've been to several locations. The worst service I've had at MAC: This MUA was obviously flirting with the guy who worked there too. They paused their conversation, and I politely asked for a MSF, and the girl SIGHED, ROLLED HER EYES, and was like "okay ..." and went to get it. I was like wtf. I just paid and left with no thank you. Gah, MAC MUAS sometimes ... I feel like strangling them. Sephora MUAS/employees are completely different stories~<3

I would buy and return until they get the message. Mac reps are so mean and rude sometimes.

I forgot to mention I too never liked glitters until they came out with that collection, those are the only one's I wear. I love there antique gold, I'm surprised those one's arent better sellers for me. I don't think people are aware how cool they are and different then regular "glitters". I love your eye's, they are so blue, very, very pretty and your liner really brings them out.
Thanks for your videos

I love cheese cake and I'd be eating it too after that treatment at MAC counter. I totally agree if you are a regular buyer at that store they should give you a sample. Before I became a seller i spent hundreds at a counter and always the same store. Back then they didnt have many pigments yet but if they said no I would have been real mad. We all know how much a trip at the counter cost's so them giving you a pigment sample doesnt cost them anything! Go girl and keep on venting.

That's weird, the MUA near me had no problem giving me a HUGE sample of reflects blue. She even said "now you'll never have to buy it!" I'm thinking your counter is lying to you b/c they don't feel like taking the effort to pour samples.
where do you order your samples from

Actually I don't order them. I put up my reg. containers and keep the ones I use daily in sample containers. I started using sample containers for traveling. I received fairylite with a reg pigment I ordered off ebay, since USPS put my 1st order in someone elses mailbox. Only other two samples I had were from Marshall Fields/Macys about 5+ years ago. I have the reg size for those now. At Macys today I did find out Golders Grn and Spiritualize pigment are extremely close. $20 I saved :)
