In this 6-part series you'll learn how to do basic rigging in ToonBoom Animate and Animate Pro, from cutting up a character into riggable segments, setting the joints (pivot points) and arranging them into a heirarchy. Then towards the end, how to use 'drawing substitution' to insert additional poses for rigged segments, such as hands and mouths.

This series assumes you know basics of drawing & painting. If you don't, you probably want to check out the Intro series playlist.

At the top bar of the program go to Windows-->Toolbars-->Advanced animation. This will add 6 new icons to ur toolbar at the top of the screen. make sure the second icon "rotate" is checked. u should now be able to move the arm and all should be parented.
