Skyline Solar's CEO talks up its back-to-basics modular approach to CPV

Having recently emerged from stealth mode, Skyline Solar's approach to CPV is outlined by Bob MacDonald, Chief Executive Officer in an exclusive interview with PV-Tech's News Editor Mark Osborne. The disruptive CPV company's executive explains how they are harnessing the ability of thin-film technologies that drive the module cost per watt lower as well as crystalline silicon's ability to drive down the cost of the kWh with its best-in-breed technology adoption. MacDonald answers questions on the technology used, its intended markets and volume production plans. Surprisingly, Skyline Solar is not following the normal path to production.
