Facts, history of CONTINUOUS US Govt human experimentation since 1945. Weapons development means testing on humans, NBC and EM weapons. Scientific research, breakthroughs, papers, patents, testimony by scientists prove the weapons exist. Prior behavior aimed at dissidents, cointelpro, CIA drugs guns, essentially govt as a criminal enterprise for 60 yrs. Stick to the arguement at hand and try to refute the case that I am making, not the case that Alex Constantine is not making. Ps these targets have virtually no family histories of mental illness. @adiostraitorobama It seems that a loss of humanity was/is very present in today's world. Priorities, values and lack of learning has brought the US along with many others down a hole. Studying the brain isn't nearly as complicated as all this. They weren't figuring out "mind secrets", they were trying to control people. People cannot be controlled, only heavily influenced. ummm BS the FMSF exists to help people who have been manipulated by psychologists into believing in false memories. It's actually targeted at adults, not children. The mind is easily manipulated, many famous experiments exist to show that what one perceives as a memory is actually a sort of impression or reconstruction and therefore easily influenced.
