1 thing is clear: what Andy Williams said was to be controlled as much as possible.Even when another attorney saw him & the kid agreed to retain him, within a month that whole thing was quashed & this kid's mind went into lockdown again.He even denied known facts about his abuse when he was younger, things his own father confirmed in sworn depositions, & his dad himself was a suspect! I don't think CIA guys get involved in teen shooting cases for the hell of it. There was always much more to it.

Whatever this truth is, who knows? What would seem to have been a simple open & shut case of a school shooting involved individuals with to say the least unusual connections, from Fort Detrick in Maryland to a possible serial pedophile ring with political ties to governors stepping in to shut down a trial to a man working with is quite possibly a CIA front organization. Right now Williams is in Pleasant valley prison in a special needs yard, possibly in exchange for his silence

When Tayac became involved the state panicked.There was constant harassment of Tayac & the people trying to bring him in called all but criminals. Even the AG, Lockyer, threatened 1 of the folks working on an appeal for the kid. Tayac finally withdrew. The state even filed a bogus appeal to block Tayac's if he ever decided to try. So, this gentleman from this Memory organization arrived on the scene. It was clear that some folks in very high places were concerned about the truth getting out.

After the shooting then gov Grey Davis personally put pressure on this kid's own lawyers to make sure this did not come to trial. Angelidis, who would have run against Davis if he survived the recall (which he didn't), had told 1 person working on Andy's behalf that he would have used the shooting case against Davis in the election because "the case was dirty at the very top".But he would also publicly deny saying that if an election proved unnecessary, which is what happened.

There was constant bullying of this kid at school which were often full fledged felonies which would never have been tolerated in an adult office environment. There were constant attempts to force him into activities he wanted nothing to do with. There were other kids involved in Reynold's little circle who seemed to be always around him, keeping tabs on him. On the day of the school shooting Williams' life was threatened by a group of these same kids if he did not bring a gun into school.

But Reynolds was involved in other things as well, none of which came to light as he was allowed to leave CA even with outstanding arrest warrants for molestation of a minor male. He returned to Oklahoma City where Andy & his father had stopped for a few days during their drive out to CA from MD. So it appears that Andy's father Jeff & Reynolds were acquainted before his son ever met him. How coincidental they ended up in the same small town in CA!

This boy's own father was fully aware of this. Reynolds was involved with a number of boys in the El Cajon area, & once even visited Williams's own home to complain to the kid's father that "Andy wasn't going along with the program". A boy Reynolds was committing full fledged rape upon was used to try to get this kid involved in various things. It was suspected that he was running a pedo ring for cash for prominent citizens in & around El Cajon.

I can't remember the name of this guy at the moment. All I know is he was called in by this boy's former public defenders to see him when supporters of the youth had acquired the services of a very successful appellate attorney who had handled the San Fran. dog mauling case. It had always been obvious that the state never wanted this case going to trial (the kid pled guilty). Andy Williams had definitely been at least molested by a guy named Chris Reynolds who was a known pedophile.
