The C&O's Miami Sub-Division comes to life on 9/5/10. Follow a junk freight pulling up to the Muncie yard to switch out a few cars, see the action as they switch them out, then catch a eastbound through freight at the east end of Drew siding on Muncie's north side.

  • Very nice job, I like the signals at the end of the siding in the last shot. Is that just a small screwdriver you are using to uncouple cars or is there a special tool to use?

  • @trainman1986 : The railroad was replicated per the actual Valuation maps, so it was 100% accurate at locations like the end of Drew siding.

As for the couplers, they are Sergent couplers and they use a magnet uncoupler with a pic on the end, much different than the Kadee coupler method. More realistic!

  • nice!.... was one of those locos a u28b?

  • @BNSFCSX1 : Nope, U23B's. I don't roster any U28B's. A couple U30B's also.
