You must use potatoes with thin skin for parathas and for tikkis thick skined ones. However the thick skinned ones if boield and kept get dry faster because of loss of moisture and they are high on starch too...

Do you know which potatoes in America should we use for paranthas, tikki, vada pav etc. Some times these things turn out good and other times dry in texture.

harpal paji i made the puri first time in my life the aloo puri that u has shown its was amazing,i stay in australia me and my friends loved ur aloo puri and they praised my coocking coz i am the only cook at home my friends they dont know anything about cooking i love it coz amritsar people love to eat and cook ,i also tried ur chilli chicken and chicken 65, we had as a snack it was amaizing,thanks for the great dishis
