farwell, mi country festival junior brown joined shooter and the 357s for a waylon song.

sorry again for the poor shots. but hell, i was excited. junior is a country guitar hero of mine, had't seen him live for years. blah blah. stills at the end of the video.

it was actually kind of lame how they scheduled it. junior played before shooter sometime during the day. then shooter came on and pulled junior out with him. the crowd was slowly creeping in to see carrie underwood who played after shooter followed by gretchen wilson. but when junior played there were even fewer people paying attention. as i was walking out of the front section, after shooter's set was over, i overheard someone saying, "i can't believe he's the son of you know who."

it was badass. junior played first. then shooter and his band. however, they brought junior out to play one song with them.

Well, goes to show you, country has gone bad, people would miss these guys but not Carrie Underwood...I would have been front row center for these guys and left when Carrie went on.

i dont get why people like shooter he does not compare to any of the guys cash,waylon,junior,coe,any of the lll hanks/he is promoted by the music machine of nashville and yes he is riding his fathers coat tail.he dosent have his own style like all the greats of country music had or have hes the poster child to make it appear that there is still true outlaw country in nashville.
