magicians show each other tricks all the time. I think they call it learning, that might be the way you first learned too. So I think magicians like seeing tricks performed. It give what some call inspiration. Unless you think you are not in need of inspiration.

The magician/musician 'analogy' was not 'bad' by any degree/standard of measure. They can both be viewed (and compared) from an artistic standpoint/perspective. They are, in their own rights, art.
