Once an athlete has been effectively progressed through Coach Norman's Base Movement Training regimen, it is now time to turn up the demands and take your training to a whole new level. Coach Norman demonstrates over 150 demanding, intense exercises for advanced development of athletes. The first series of drills are Force Production drills, also known as "plyometrics," which are continuous and repetitive drills designed to stimulate and train fast twitch muscle fibers.
