Pt. 2 regularly! But if the weight doesn't shift in a week or two, then look at what your doing and have a think. I lost 8st (112lbs) on another diet, but hit a low point in my life and gained alot back. I'm in a great place now and have got some off myself, but a bit stuck. After realising my diet is about 80% carbs, I'm thinking of trying low carb. Keep up the great work!! 8:o)

I'm guessing you were maybe due a period. Whenever I'm dieting, no matter how well I'm doing and stick to things, one week before my period I gain 2-7lbs of water weight! Near to the end of my period, this water weight goes and usually a bit more. I tried giving up contraceptive pills for a few months to see if this made a difference, but it didn't. Skipping my period helped a little, but I wouldn't advice anyone do that unless they first get advice from their doctor and especially not regularl

IT COULD ACTUALLY BE THE RUM AND COKES. U ARE NOT SUPOSE TO DRINK ANY ALCOHOL ON INDUCTION. OTHERWISE YOU ARE DEFEATING THE PURPOSE OF INDUCTION. MOST OF THE WEIGHT YOU LOSE THE FIRST TWO WEEKS ARE WATER WEIGHT. INCREASING YOUR WATER INTAKE WOULD ACTUALLY INCREASE YOUR WEIGHT LOSS.i HAVE DONE ATKINS IN THE PASS N I LOST 2 DRESS SIZES. I AM CURRENTLY BACK IN INDUCTION. IM ON MY 5TH DAY.

thanks, I'll be doing another update this week, the scale has been a little nicer to me this week, but I've got some confessions to make about my diet cola and sugar free choclates addiction 0_0 !!

Hmmm well funny, a woman my husband works with did weight watchers and every time she ate lettuce that week she stalled or gained weight that week, so she switched to low carb with good success so far but lettuce stalls her still! So I've decided to give up lettuce for 2 days and guess what? I lost 2 lbs o.O
I've got an underacrive thyroid and am on synthroid. They need to up my meds every 6 weeks for quite awhile, so if no lettuce works I'll be more than happy to eat a bunless burger instead.

Thanks for the advice.
I do make sure I get 3 cups of veggies, I'm not a huge fan of veggies, so it comes in the form of a 3 cup salad using romain lettuce and cucumbers with a sprinkle of shredded cheese, and grilled chicken with 2 tbsp marie's creamy ranch (this salad is YUMtastic!) lol
Sometimes it has some tomatoes.
I've been toying with the idea of adding peppers and mushrooms to my chicken for dinner (stir fry yum)
I'm drinking about 96 oz water a day :)

I'm on week 4 and just started this new routine my trainer put me on so I'm looking forward to seeing how this works out ( day 1 killed me hahaha)

I only put seasoning on one food, my chicken, and it's got less than 2 carbs per serving (and I don't use a full serving) it's called applewood rub.
I also eat a teensy bit of A-1 steak sauce on my steak but that's all I use

Thanks for such a quick reply :)
I went to the gym tonight to work with a personal trainer and he put me on a 5 day routine with 2 days of hard cardio and 3 days of weight training to tone me up.
I'm looking forward to trying this.
I've been afraid to add more veggies, as those are carbs (I skipped all veggies today including salad and just ate meat).
