  • It can but I have this one a bit higher so my fighters can get used to punching up with tller fighters at their weight.

  • take a loop off and shorten the distance between the 2 and it works perfectly

  • @Drako1Mambo yea man you shouldnt really have it to tight because its all about getting your timing,speed,rhythm,accuracy and also good for deffence so u want it moving around. Dont have it crazy loose, try think of it like an opponent and how they move in and out of range with side head movement. Hard at first but once u nail the rhythm of the bag then u will do it with your eyes closed. peace

  • I have a question. Is it bad to have to much tension on the double end bag?
