I never said I really dislike Animal Collective. In fact, I dig this song. And thank you, I do understand that. I'm not sure as to what comment you're referring to, but I haven't been derogatory, just cynical (in particular, to the people who take this song and video too damn seriously). And though your attempt to 'subjugate' me was 'cool', I don't take you seriously either.

Cool music... I've listened to this song maybe 5 times on repeat, and it's surprisingly good. I don't care for today's music, but there are always a few jewels, aren't there?

Also, I grew up near Merriweather Post Pavilion... it's pretty bizarre that they named an album after it.

I think it's because Electronic compositions (such as AC's) have so many layers and are often going for these real crazy ambient sounds. It's also really hard to emulate regular instruments with keyboards, at least for me.
