I'm not usually a fan of Buffy, I find her to be too material girl-meets-tough-as-nails feminist.

But I always make an exception for just about ANY show that produces a musical episode like this one.

I loved it when "Scrubs" did it.

In this song, I like the prominent classical violin/cello backing to an obviously rock-based power ballad. Why you say?

Because I am a violinist, and I love opportunities to say that no instrument is typecast, and that classical and popular music CAN mix!
