Hello again, here I am with my day 24 video. My juice fast is still going well and I am feeling good and in control.

In this video I talk about the importance of setting a goal both for how long you intend to fast and also how much weight you are planning to lose. But equally importantly setting a plan for how you will transition off the juice fast should be in your mind as well.

That and also I discuss my weight loss today as well! Thanks for watching and I will see you tomorrow!

  • i was wondering if you thought warming up the juice is a big no no. On day 4 and its cold out :) excellent videos

  • @timeout0000 Warming food or vegetables tend to kill at least some of the vitamins and minerals, but probably it might be ok to do some time. I would not do it to often. I do recall wanting something warm from time to time though! thanks for dropping by.

  • We (husband and I) have been juicing for breakfast every morning and eating mostly raw veg/greens and rice/gluten free pasta the rest of the day. I'm wanting to do a juice fast ...I've found your videos very inspiring and informative. Question...how many stalks of celery do you add to your juice? And do you add it to every meal? Tx!

  • I love the Tshirt. Where'd you get it?? Also, I'm on day 4 Tim, and I feel really great. My hubby who went on the 3 day stopped today because it's his birthday! Good grief, as fat as we are, I think he could forego a "birthday dinner." But, I won't be dining with him! I'm convinced after looking at your vids that I can heal my body from high blood pressure, borderline diabetes and depression. I've lost 6.5 lbs and using mostly celery, carrots, cukes, & ginger. Thank you for your help

  • @mGaUuRiL Yes this is one addiction I am happy with (losing weight!) Great idea about the veggie burgers! Sounds very nice, and before I started the juice fast I would not have said that!
