Why Do People Oppose Truth of Limited Atonement?

Why do people oppose doctrine of Jesus Christ's actual atonement for sin? Why do they hate the doctrine that Jesus Christ died particularly for God's elect and saved them by his sacrificial and substitutionary death? Why do they invent doctrines that make the death of Jesus Christ of no certain effect? It is because they do not want to be at the mercy of the Lord Jesus Christ.

The reason people don't want to believe in limited atonement is that they don't want to accept that God has chosen a peculiar people for himself and they also don't want to accept the question of whether they are chosen or not. They don't want to confront this problem of the soul. They don't want to come to such a reality. But let me tell you, I did. And, it scared me straight. The fear of the Lord got me, and that's when I started seeking the Lord. He's been on my mind ever sense.

UNIVERSAL SALVATION was for me a HERESY, people pleasing idea until I saw passages like this.

Romans 5;19 "for as through the disobedience of the one man,THE MANY were constituted sinners: so also through the obedience of the one, shall THE MANY be constituted righteous."

Do you believe it? Hell is NOT the final plan of God. EVERYONE WILL BE SAVED THROUGH JESUS, YES EVERYONE.

God cannot suspend His perpetual Virtue and Attribute.He is forever magnified.Free will suggests God suspending His life for man to have virtue abd attribute God does not initiate.God cannot suspend the Nature of His Life.Good Job!

Praise God for Christ's blood and righteousness which has merited everlasting life for us. I praise God for moving you to post this. Sadly, many among the reformed camps don't consider the truth of Christ death of a serious matter, and they feel that universal redemption isn't heresy.
