Heritage Hall Performing Arts presents The Phantom of the Opera February 18 - 20, 2010. Our school is the first company in Oklahoma to mount an original production of this musical. This promotional video was created and shot by our school's film production class with assistance, once again, from Christopher Lloyd.

  • The voice is Rebecca Caine from the Canadian cast recording. We didn't have the time or resources to record our girl singing (nor the violin) but, rest assurred, she sounds just as good, if not better, singing this role. Though young, she was born to play this role and, all due respect to the wonderful Rebecca Caine, she's got nothin on this Christine. No joke.

  • Looks awesome! I'm glad schools are finally allowed to do phantom. I have only one complaint. You used the sword fight from the film instead of the taunting and throwing fireballs from the show, but besdies that it's great!

  • Ha! I'm glad you noticed! The students felt the swordfight would be more visually appealing even though it doesn't actually occur in the show. Same with the mirror smashing.

  • the actor for Christine is great, just love her voice.

  • Saw this today, it was absolutely wonderful. The talent in the two playing the Phantom and Christine....blew me away. You guys did great for being Oklahoma's first amateur production of Phantom!!!

  • DEAR GOD that looks good. Break a leg, y'all!!!

  • This looks fantastic! It gives me hope that maybe my college will be able to do it. I wish I were near Oklahoma when this is performing but alas, it shall not be *hangs head* Is this going to be closer to the film or the stage how though? Because I really prefer the stage show. I noticed a couple of things that looked like they were from the film and not the show.

  • @CharmedBalthazar CHARMED! WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME YOU DISCOVERED THIS?! I JUST FOUND IT! Oh well...

  • @FlowerGirl9016 its ok....beauty and the beast was really fun i was in it but was only a village child and sugarcube but it was a fun and great experience......jadoreletheatre(the girl playing christine) was the wardrobe. we should subscribe to each other

  • @FlowerGirl9016 It's not really my voice :) But thank you, friend :)

  • @drjax1994 It is Rebecca. It just sounds like me a little. We didn't have time to record my own voice, I guess. :) But I did get cast as Christine. I'm not good enough though. Or pretty. But oh well.

  • @okcharger1 It isn't actually my voice, and it's embarrasing to say. But thanks!!! :)
