You can't say there is one best boxer because it's about matchups. For ex., Ali lost to Frazier one out of 3, Foreman koed Frazier twice, but Ali defeated Foreman. Marciano was much harder to hit than people realize too. It is about matchups. The record 49-0 with 43 kos is no joke either.

Tyson in his prime would've put Rocky down no doubt but I think he would practically have to kill him to get him to stop. Marciano could get up after being hit by a bus.

who cares boxing is boxing all these legends are great fighters who paved the way and made boxing great..wheather tyson, rocky,ali, jack dempsey, "Kid" Mcoy, and all others..im black but it doesnt matter wheather they were black ,white or spanish...all of these fighters had something to bring to the ring and show the rest of the world there own skill

@b7r7u7c7e You can say that about any of the fighters who he beat, not just Foreman or Tyson. The fact is Marciano didn't get knocked out. Foreman said Gerry Cooney was one of the three hardest hitters he ever faced but Foremen still knocked Cooney out.
