各種必殺技に付加する装飾エフェクトなどは大幅に削られ派手さは­かなり抑えられております。

一部キャラクターボイスの流用、変更、連殺斬が繋がらないなども­あり完全な移植とは言い難い出来でした。

Neo Geo CD used to be the "cheap" Neo Geo back in the days. It was not has expansive but got a LOT of loading. Actually today it's not even playable. :s

Neo Geo system with cartridges do not have loading. And yes, like you said, ports of those games on Dream Cast or other systems don't have either (they are direct port of Neo Geo games not Neo Geo CD games).
