Graffical Satellite 4000 Emulator

My first attempt of recreating the graffical version of the satellite WeatherSTAR 4000. Every now and then on The Weather Channel, the localized version of the cable company's WeatherSTAR unit may sometimes fail to cue its local forecast. As a result, the viewers would sometimes see a national version of the WeatherSTAR 4000 via satellite. The satellite version of the 4000 is nothing more than a continuess travel forecast loop with a few modifications. This version of the satellite 4000 was used from 1995-1999. The satellite 4000 would already get its graffical update back in 1993, only in this version, the banner is redesigned and the clock is dropped.
