    I think whats wrong here is your workout routine.

    Thats what made it even worse if you dont get

    proper stimulation. The bumps & dimples of

    your lower body just gets worse and worse. All

    you need to do is a proper workout. I suggest

    you should try this solution ive used before at

    it was very effective and im sure ul learn a lot.

  • @roxi0129 I use a band for half of these exercises and do it 2-3 times a week. Do not have time really 5 times. I have seen toning but I find I still have to add extra hamstring work to it. Not enough for me I suppose.

    I have lost 4 pounds.I have been doing this exercise everyday for 1 month.Plus I ate fish and vegetables and peanuts as a snack.
