  • Neat. Another interesting trick: If you want to have two different loops sliced up like that, and wish them to "choke each other out" simply put them on the same track, and leave one or more empty cells between the groups of slices. Follow action will jump to the first of each group as soon as it finds an empty cell.

  • Isn't this what 'Slice to new MIDI track' is for? Then it's set up in a Drum Rack for you, which can be auto-mapped to a PadKontrol for instance.
