Saiyuki ~ Dears

~ It is better in high quality ^^ ~

Saiyuki is one of my favorite manga. So I made a little sideshow, as a tribute to these four beloved guys.
The song I used is "Dears" (Love letter version) by Gackt. It is a very calm version of the song (and long !) so the result is quiet and a bit nostalgic. I used subtitles for the song's translation because I wanted to keep in mind the meaning of the lyrics, and I tried my best to fit them with the pictures.

All the pictures are official pictures, from Minekura Kazuya-sensei (manga and artbooks) or from the anime (openings and endings of Gensoumaiden, Reload, and Burial), the song is from Gackt and I added translation thanks to the great job of this person ^^ : http://www.senshigakuen.com/translations/lyrics/gackt/

I translate myself only the three last sentences, because I didn't find it on the Web. ^^'
Fortunately, it wasn't very difficult...

That was the most beautiful Saiyuki tribute I have ever seen in a long time. Even for a sideshow it couldn't help but bring a tear to my eye. The saddening feel of it almost makes you feel as if something had caused them to break up which makes it all the more depressing.

And the lyrics, they fit so well. I really must commend you on this brilliant piece.

Thank you very much for this beautiful comment ! I've spend quite a long time on this vid, and as my first saiyuki AMV, it is precious to me. There is something sad indeed, but I saw the "separation" as the death of the three in Gaiden, Goku alone, and all of them in the past, but not like something that happens in the present. (it would be so terrible)

Anyway, thank you, and thank you too for the job you've made in the burial oav! Thanks to you I've seen them with subtitles! (I love burial <3)
