I compare two pairs of monster beats by dre in ear tour headphones. One was bought on eBay from Hong Kong, the other from Best Buy. I will show you if you have the fakes. The three biggest giveaways are whether or not it has a serial number (if it has one, your good, if not, then they may or may not be fakes), the picture of Dr. Dre on the back of the boxes, and the packaging of the individual earbuds.

Mine is fake but it has a serial number on it. But obviously u can tell which one is fake by looking at the 'monster' font on it.

real=china
i got both fake and real studio from china (the fake was actually a high quality fake and no1 in my community could tell) they sound the same! (128kmp3) but flac sound a bit difference, if u know nothing about audio coding, formats and sound quality get the fake ones, they look exactly the same! get high quality fakes, around $100 for studio, shitty 40 ones r bad for ur ears, trust me.

Mine look so different (I didn't pay attention to the name) mine are all chrome on the ear bud and have no black on them. $100 at Walmart
