I went to Barnes and Noble to check out this book, looked and looked and then asked a clerk about it. He pointed me to conspiracy theories and fiction.
What were you reading, I never said anything about Germany or Italy.
By the way Abraham Lincoln (Republican) freed the slaves. By the way the Republican controlled congress during the Johnson Administration gave us the 14th, 15th and 16th amendment giving black people the right to vote.

So when FDR was promoting Government programs for average American that kept us in the Great Depression for ten years. When Carter raised taxes and because of his policies to help the poor caused the largest increase in inflation and lines to get food and gas. When Kennedy and Johnson gave us the Vietnam war which the poor fought for us, well it gave them jobs and a free funeral. Yea, your right it promoed the average American did they not.
