There's that word again - plagiarism. And, yet again, it's being used in reference to Prime Minister Stephen Harper. This time a blogger matched text from a speech former Ontario premier Mike Harris made in 2002 with a speech Harper made three months later. Conservative spokesman Dan Dugas points out to reporters that only 44 words out of the 4,956 word speech are "similar." You can see the full text of Stephen Harpers speech from February 19, 2003 here: http://www2.parl.gc.ca/HousePublications/Publication.aspx?pub=Hansard&doc.... The full text of Harris' speech can be found here: http://www.iedm.org/main/events_transcript_en.php?events_id=63.
