there are some true tards about! 99 percent fail because the coolant system insnt serviced properly or have been ragged witless .dont blame the k series mines just clocked up 92k and my dads has got 146k on oe head gasket!

@joshuaking3090 Rovers have the shittiest engines ever? The K series is a very strong and reliable engine,the only reason head gaskets fail is because people don't look after them,and service them properly. I have had three Rover 214's (one is my current car),and they have all been an utter delight,1000's of miles without a single problem.A very solid car with high levels of comfort.

And so goes the way of all Rovers. When the last Rover is towed to the scrap yard, the world will be a better place. (My 416 went the same way this piece of shit did, so I know from experience what happens to these things.)

i had a bubble and the head gasket failed so i swaped the 1.4 k series for the honda b16 engine much better
