Since it is the 56 form of tournament, so if you do the way of he's style , you should do like him, but he did in a traditional way not the perforing way. that's why it didn't look like the normal way of playing. you have to know the way of internal power. he did very well.

I like this video! Very interesting to see someone performing the 56 forms competition routine with the original techniques of the first and second form of the new frame instead of the standardised way of performing the competition routine. Therefore it could be called the Xin Jia 56 combination forms. At some points it looks like the style of Wang Xian. He must be his student.

When you do Parry and Punch w/elbows, should you jump like that or is that for a competition effect? It seems that there are so many ways to do one form!
