While we're (rightly) mocking his spelling and grammar; he "founded" Ocean Marketing, not "found" it. It wasn't under the back of the couch.

Next time..if you want to completely rant..do it! I'll watch your whole video...but that's just me. You kept my attention because of how passionate you were about the subject.

Yeah, u are fully justified in your rant, Joyce. I worked customer service too, and all you need to do is take responsibility and honestly answer the customer's inquiry as best you can and the problem will be resolved. Just answer the damn man's question for crying out loud, no matter how bad the answer may be.
Small thing: Paul is the President/CEO of Ocean Marketing, so he has not been fired from there. And it is actually a pretty small firm it looks like Avenger was their biggest client.
Also, it was not an isolated incident, in June of 2011 Paul did the exact same thing to another costumer. Even now, his "apologies" are just him saying that he is sorry about the situation he is in. There is no genuine remorse for how poorly he had been treating people.

@TrainerC7 ahh you're right. i guess i read it wrong when i read he was fired as N-Control's PR rep. shoot. that's not good :/ thanks for the clear-up.
and i am aware that he's had incidents like this in the past. i knew this wasn't his first time treating people this way. as i stated at the end of my video, i had to leave details out to keep the video as short as possible!
