This is weird, but I have a 2 1/2 in. beautifull German lead crystal sphere that I bought in the 1980's, and, untill recently I've kept it in a seperate room. My cat knocked it over one day, and I said that's it---now it sits right next to me at my desk, and strangely enough, I seem to be a calmer more focused, and enlightened person since moving it back---There seems to be a good power or force within it ---that I can't explain, it can only be experienced individually over time.

kerby seid stated the problem. the age of the crystal has no relevance. the ? is when were they created and by who? it seems they can't date or identify the tools used or the culture.
