Sauce Beer Reviews: St. Bernardus Abt 12

What a beer. One of my favorite ever now. perfectly balanced. They used to contract brew beers for the westlveteren abbey, when the 30 year deal ended in 1992, they couldnt make westlveteren beer anymore but were still allowed the same yeast and a very similar recipe.

I'm a huge fan of the Chimay Blue and that has always been my go-to beer. After trying this... I can't even explain my reaction. This is BY FAR the best Belgian Ale out there. The flavor, for the amount of alcohol in this beer, is phenomenal. Extremely drinkable and guaranteed to get you fucked up.

This beer is awesome! I drink it all the time. I paid today for a 0,33l bottle 1,54euro :) and i'm sure i can find it cheaper. It’s at the moment one of my favorites! I drink this one when I want to relax and sip on it slowly. Just enjoying the good life :) Nice review! Cheers from Belgium
