Apparently this is called the Masters of Rock from 2005. I guess I need to research on the website. But yes, that high voice you hear is Andy Scott, original guitarist after Mick Stewart. The frontman there is Tony O'hora. Bruce Bisland on drums and Steve Grant keyboards/guitar. They still do quite a bit of touring in Europe, also recently in Oz and at Thunder Bay in Canada. No US dates yet!
