OOOP.....the movies name was "Endless Summer Part 2"

I believe this was shot during the filming of a surf movie called Endless Part 2, he had dropped the surfers and film crew off, and they asked if they could get him taxi-ing in and up onto the beach......he said later his adrenaline was pumping, and he went a bit overboard on the slide up on to the beach part.......and the whole film crew was standing there stunned. he was not landing, or ducking anything as stated elsewhere.

@aleutianflyboy I think from memory...
He was doing some low flying over a lake (in Canada?) for a film. Then he saw a power line across the water and, it being far too late to pull up, he tried to duck it. But he caught a float in the water and gradually lost it from there. I think it sat there for a bit over a year and then someone patched it up and flew it out.

poor airmanship, which is really the reason why this pilot probably hasnt been able to get a real job lol, how do you make a sharp turn at that speed, or land in that lake if there is not enough space to take off

People are making way more of this than there really is. He lost control just as he was bringing up his floats on takeoff. It's hard to lose it like he did. I've never tried to go around a river bend like that before but it's pretty hard to lose it that bad. Please. Stop with the misleading comments. I don't expect truth from someone who hasn't flown a goose, but don't make a puzzling video complicated with uneducated guesses that are written with foolish conviction.
