This was the last set that i did for my chest with the 40KG dumbbells. I usually work with 50KG dumbells. Too bad that the video was taken with a cellular phone and the quality is quite low, it's impossible to see that i am ripped to shreds there :(

anyway my stats in this video are 81kg with 9% body fat, my biceps is 42CM.

This video was taken on 11.07.2008 in my local gym by a friend.

  • @rctriplefresh5 It's Germany, so wouldn't that be 2x40kg = 80kg or 176lbs

  • Dumbbell presses are hard as fuck because they require a full range of motion and you can't reduce the impact with your chest muscles like you can with a bar. I can manage about 3 or 4 reps using 45 pounders, and that's more than a lot of folks I see at the gym. Pressing 90 pounds total with dumbbells works you about the same as pressing 200 or so with a bar...and because the dumbbells don't put a shit load of pressure on your shoulders and chest, a rotator cuff injury is less likely.
