The small fishing Village of Dingle on the West Coast of Ireland is home to a friendly Dolphin called Fungi, who seems to prefer the company of humans to his own kind.

  • @connellc100 Sorry there is not... At most 32 (in the town) including licensed restaurants but for some reason guide book books say 52

  • @mayfair999a , ummmm... yeah. There is. I lived there for 19 months.

  • I had a fungie on my dingle once

  • Don't let the Japanese know about friendly old Fungi

  • Amazing views :) I'm gonna be a fisherman there shortly :D

  • There is no way there are 52 pubs in the town.....

  • @Zeuszgrl I forgot to clarify, the Whales were Humpbacks and they kept breaching (numerous times!) and swimming on their sides alongside the boat.

I called for them to come to me and a couple of them came over right to the spot on the boat where I was standing,

it was so exciting, their Energy is inter-dimensional ! they are special creatures, much more than most people realize, and they MUST be protected. Can't wait to meet Fungi, and some long lost Irish cousins, Thanks for a great vid !

  • I'm a NYC Native but my Ancestors came from this locale...

I intend to go here one day...and might not ever want to leave !

I was on a Whale-watch in Cape Cod and when our boat got in sight of them, I sang , jumped and boiseterously cheered for the Whales, the Tour director said in 24 yrs of giving tours that was one of the most demonstrative he's ever seen them ! Of course, they were responding to the LOVE ! I will also sing a love song to Fungi & maybe jump in and give him a hug too, LOL !
