Outside of the Book Cadillac hotel and nestled in downtown Detroit, a brand new urban garden now stands. This report shows the opening of the garden on August 31, 2011 and features City of Detroit Mayor Dave Bing, Peter Karmanos (Compuware CEO), Rachelle Bonelli of Gleaners, and Megan Heeres, Art Coordinator and Progam Manager for the Garden.
