@nabililman Well the document itself isn't too random and includes all the sources so the readers can check it out themselves. There is even a new document out there since the state wants to push the new ID-Card on me so I wrote this to refuse. It includes some laws against it and basic arguments - I might write a new and complete version if I have the time but it will only be in German if no one translates it. (my English isn't good enough for documents like this)

(it even was without ANY biometrics back in 2006) If a policeman checked me I would need to pay a fee...I won't so I get to court and will defend my German basic-rights & international human-rights. Lets see what happens! xD
