@Hlover01 Do you not understand? If the team turns the ball over, regardless of a field goal or a touchdown, the game is over. If the Giants had received the ball, then kicked a field, then Favre would have gotten a rebuttal. He surrendered his chance by throwing an interception. God you're a moron.

@Itlan if a playoff game reaches overtime the first team to score a touchdown wins. if they kick a field goal, the other team has a chance to match it or more. after a field goal is scored then the next point wins the game. so, technically, if this happens again this year, they'd need a touchdown, not a field goal to win.
