@acidifikacija I doubt it man 730 is only 8 45lb plates on each side 16 45lb plates total. Thats not really that heavy for leg press and especially not heavy for a 4 time mr olympia bodybuilder.

@jleyva89 I usually train leg press with 350 kg (about 730 pounds). I think this is much less than Jay can take...
-
@acidifikacija its about 500 pounds bro.

at 2:00, this is how many pounds?

@ehaile5 I just saw another training video of jay doing shoulders and he is shoulder pressing 120lb dumbells pretty easily and hes not grunting like there 150lbs or something so yea I think in the this leg video he must be at the end of his workout and exhousted
-
@ehaile5 And I am not the type that critizes some1 who doesnt train super heavy becuase its true weight isnt always everything but he is acting like 4 plates is hard to do. It be different is he used 4 plates but it didnt seem that hard to him and he just choose not to go up in weight but I cant get past the grunting like he is squating 500lb or 600lb when in reality he really isnt doing that much weight for his size
-
@ehaile5 I wud have to agree wth u. He is grunting like he is using alot of weight but he really isnt. 4 plates on each side of a smith machine squat really shouldnt be that much for some1 his size. Its like a big guy grunting when there curling 30lb...it doesnt add up. not unless we missed most of his workout or he is precontest and pretty exhousted from dieting but to be grunting like that using 4 plates and only doing 8 reps or so is a little suprising.
