So, Sarah Palin isn't a scholar of Supreme Court rulings. What's the problem? And, when asked by Katie Couric which rulings she would disagree with, she gave a generality of "issues like Roe v. Wade, which I believe are best held on a state level, and addressed there." I've been following politics for a while, and that is the first time I've ever heard that question asked, of any politician. It's simply a question that a candidate isn't prepared for, because it's never asked. Well, almost never.
