lvl 140 level limit now true or not?

@DAvengeer It isn't as of right now, and the level cap will probably be higher than 140. Level 140 is only a good estimate because of the base level needed for the new weapon, but it also says it powers up to level 150, so then 150 will be the new max level, then again, there is when you have 0 stats spent, it says you have 740 points, and 740/5=148, so level 148 could be the new cap. Nobody knows for sure.

The thing you need to note about the armor is it's Fully Defensive, not an offensive armor. It also provides exceptional wind resistance.
