It's called virtualization, what you've posted here afzalnaj, which is awesome by itself. syrus2k was just saying that Seamless is one step beyond simple virtualization.

This isn't the new seamless mode offered by Virtualbox (which is much, much better), this is someone playing around with translucency settings in compiz. The real new seamless mode allows you to have windows windows alongside your normal nautilus/kde windows.
