Wade Belak is one of many fighters who fought better before and/or after they played with Toronto. It seems that tough guys lose fights more often after they get traded to Toronto. Berube's biggest loss to Probert was when he was a leaf. John Kordic wasn't as good when he was traded to Toronto. Baumgartner lost a few as a leaf. Semenko, Brubaker, Secord were not as good with Toronto.

When belak played for the leafs it looked like he never wanted to be in fights. He always was turning away and throwing punches to the wind. Mcgrattan owned belak every fight.
