Yes, I agree...Kathryn Morris as Lilly Rush was the main attraction. Her acting just blew me away--and then when I saw her interviewed on Ellen I was pleasantly surprised to see how outgoing and funny she is, which actually makes her acting on Cold Case even more sublime, because Lilly's guarded character is so believable.
I also think the writing, the flashbacks, the music...everything--especially the casting!--was brilliant.
In a perfect world TNT would pick up the show.

Kathryn Morris is SO funny!
I miss Cold Case...whomever decided to cancel that show needs a brain check. Cold Case is definately one of the smartest cop shows ever (and look how many cop shows these says use music as a device in the final scene!). Cold Case is actually one of the smartest SHOWS ever, of every genre. And Kathryn Morris is such a gifted actor. The entire cast was brilliant--great ensemble.
This interview is brilliant, too. SO funny. Thanks for posting this vid--it made my day!

@jaibhakti : Thanks so much for the lovely comment! I agree, it's sad what is probably best procedural crime drama on the air was canceled. Now the only one I watch is Criminal Minds. I hope KM gets a new show, she's too talented to not be the lead in another! While I loved all of the cast, she was what really made me love the show the most.
