@4:03 There's a reason why "agnostic atheist" contains the word "agnostic." Atheism and theism deal with belief. Gnosticism and agnosticism deal with knowledge. Saying one is an agnostic simply means they don't know. It tells you nothing about if they believe or not.
It is not a matter of denial. It is a matter of clarifying the gray area that your video eludes to.
It is not a contradiction of terms to those who understand what the terms actually mean.

If you reject all other gods, you lack belief in those gods, you are an atheist of the Greek, hindu, shinto, native americans deities etc. Atheist from the ancient greek word: atheos without god, godless.

I find it funny that the arguement about 'hard' atheists can also be applied to religion.

A somewhat unfair portrayal of the position of most atheists. Instead of "there definitely is no god" a more fair accurate position of an atheist would be "i do not believe in your or any gods because there is a lack of evidence to justify their existence. Since there is no evidence it is not rational to believe in your god or any gods. I will continue to disbelieve until there is sufficient evidence to change my position."
I burden of proof is on the person making the positive claim.

@TheCTimmerman The government allows you to believe whatever nonsensical crap you want to, but no where does it say that people have to respect and believe it as well, and the government damn-well doesn't have to support it. Just respect your right to believe it. So if there are people who want to spend their time believing in something that there is no evidence for, and that which we have no reason to believe exists. That's fine, but don't claim it as fact. You have the burden of proof.

As someone who is an 'atheist', you're the first Christian youtuber who I can actually relate to. Although we clearly have different world views, I appreciate the stance you take on this issue and I assume all your other videos. Thank you for not being ignorant and close-minded :D

Atheism does not preclude absolutes. Of course simply saying "There is no god" is an absolute statement; perhaps saying "There is absolutely no evidence to suggest that there is one" is much more correct. No scientist could ever "hold on" to absolute truth, the scientific method forces the revision of any theory based on evidence. From a scientific perspective, gods do not exist as there is no evidence for any.
Agnosticism does not in any way suggest "denial", this should be obvious.

Props for making the most sense out of everyone on the issue Mr Ministry Mang

nothing created everything? Free thinkers believe this? Natural selection is evolution?

"There is a god" is just as absolute. Everyone understands the concept of god, but some don't believe there is actually a god. Religious people believe there actually is a god who has influence in the material world. I personally feel the notion of this tyrannical being repulsive, as it suppresses freedom.
We have facts , YOU DON'T. you quoted on some other video '' God guides our will''
Then how the fuck can there be atheists in first place???. You're so fucking pointless and fed up by a book that has been written by people not your ''god'' , When Christianity ruled the world it was called THE DARK AGES, and the reson why we're not technologicaly advanced as we could have been without your religon, the world would be better of without the shitstained book you call the bible

I can't disprove god, nor can I disprove invisible flying pink unicorns, but I CAN disprove Christianity. Luckily, I don't have to. It's been done plenty of times by plenty of historians and scientists. Also, logic and reason sort of rule it out.
