Apparently, Capcom was hiding something? Look at how this glitched buster waves around.
Megaman Xtreme - Unknown Buster (Secret Buster?)
910372D5
(I don't know if it is the same for everyone. If it isn't, Instructions for finding it can be found below)
How to find this:
*Charge your buster to the second charge (Yellow Fireball?).
*STILL holding fire (or being lazy and letting the auto charge do the job), open the "cheat search"
*Search for a Byte with the value 06
*Release the charged shot and check the value (it should be 0 if auto charge is off, or lower than 6 if auto charge is on.)
*Repeat the steps above until you have only one address left.
*Go to Memory Viewer and look for that address
*Check the sequence as you charge. At 2nd charge, the sequence is 06 00 ## 02 (where ## = constantly changing while charging)
*Change that 00 to 03
* If you want to constantly fire that buster, take the last four digits of the Address corresponding to 06 Should be, for example, XXYY. Add 1 to YY (from 9 goes to A, from F goes to 10 and so on. Basic Hex stuff!). Write the Gameshark like this: 9103YYXX. There you go.
Had to redo this video with compression of frames. If it looks crappy, sue Youtube. ¬¬
EDIT: Sadly, turns out this is a glitched Third Charge only... But an odd one, to pull electric sprites.
@ShinDarkfox Sad but true... Still... It makes me wonder why, out of all tiles, the VBank pulled the electrical one.

It is a glitched armor final charge shot as per the arm part, that is what 03 is. You fix it by first getting the arm part, then charging and firing normally. The reason for this is, it doesn't load the graphics and it appears to be using the graphic set of the electrical weapon until you fix it that way...
