AGAPE FEST 2009 "Bob Wilson" By Frizzell

"Artist to The Stars" Corey Frizzell was asked to create a special portrait of the late Bob Wilson, award winning Christian Country DJ and co-founder of AGAPE FEST. This portrait was presented to Bob's wife, Glorya at the 2009 AGAPE FEST Awards show.

Robert "Bob" Wilson, of KING Country Radio KNGR passed away at the age of 81 He was born on August 4, 1927, in Jiba,Texas. He was a U.S. Navy veteran, having served during World War II and the Korean Conflict. Bob was a program director and DJ on the radio for over 60 years, having won many awards. He was considered a legend in country gospel music.
