Howard Stern never liked the Dead, he didn't like their music. Well, the Dead aren't for everybody. I like Howard but, I'm pretty sure I wouldn't like his taste in music.The Dead were a band that where difficult to explain. Personally they are my favorite band of all time and always will be. If you love bluegrass,country,folk,jazz and lots of improvisation then you probably would get and love the Dead."They weren't the best at what thay did but, they were the only ones who did what they did".

@nicktidyman thats true. howard has always been more into lyric based music. he doesnt like jam bands. He often complains about the Eric Clapton show he went to where the songs lasted a half hour each.

Howard is not a fan of the Dead. He talked about it in his book briefly. I'm not surprised he goofed on the whole thing, but nor am I offended. It is what he does. He goofs on Leslie West somewhat in this interview, too, and they are great friends now, if they weren't then. Love Jerry and the Dead, but people have to get their head out of their asses and understand some people find the whole Dead/jamband/hippie thing as silly as I do Katy Perry or Bieber. Again, this video doesn't surprise me.
