I'm wondering about the concept of KOMU VNYZ' s emblem. What I perceive so far: it is a highly stylized multi-handed Shiva transformed into kind of “alloy” - Cross & Svastika where the tentacles are kind of Shiva’s hands. But I might be wrong. As for the tune itself, it's a vehicle of Power, Playfulness and Cleanness, which are attributes of Shiva. At first one has a feeling of listening to a lost in time mantra of some pre-historical shaman...
It sounds like a Vedic Hymn, very harmonious. The fact that it is sung in Ukrainian does not contradict the impression.
To the contrary it sounds with such a purity thanks to the Ukrainian language, that preserved in its prasody (prononciation) and its grammar some of the elements with the prehistoric European language merging with Sanscrit.
It’s in the openness and clarity of its vowels, and absence of phonetic reductions... The pre-Christian Slavic pantheon of Kievan Rus had PERUN. The root of this name is preserved in the Ukrainian verb “PRATY” (make clean) with all its derivatives, like “prannia” (the process of cleaning), “vypranyi”, a verbal adjective.
In modern Hindu spiritual literature “prana” is a substance of God, or his Power’s substance... In a very artful way, indirectly, KOMU VNYZ points out to the ancient roots of the Ukrainian culture and language. What a talented way of giving a riposte to all attackers coming from the imperially-ill (still) Moscow, the most prominent enemy of the Ukrainian independence.
One of the best world's groups. Coming from Ukraine.
