All kidding aside - which is very tough in Jim's case - he and his people consistently show they have an almost psychic knack of finding the very best directors to work with. Sure, the writing, producing, distribution and ultimate financial profit outcomes are much more variable, but the key move of whether or not one gets the right director for a particular project is what will matter for posterity. No amount of money can buy this uncanny talent for finding the correct mind behind that camera.
