Let's Play Super Mario Star Road 9 - So Much For Level Order!

I think at this point in order to do Course 7 you have to have 30 stars. Why do I say that? You'll find out next time :P

For now however, we find ourselves in a rather more precarious position...going from Course 6 all the way to Course 10! Interesting thing that, seeing Course 10 before the second boss. It shows that the game has an entirely different structure to the original, that's for sure!

Like the original game though, Course 10 is an ice level. Unlike the original, it focuses heavily on raw platforming rather than expansive snow drifts. It's a pretty tough area to go through, but a very fun one none the less!

That is, apart from trying to get the shell...

Once again we encounter some interesting glitches in here. On the whole, excellent level, just it came about way too early for me to be mentally prepared for it!

I didn't know mario could climb steep slopes if he crawled. would that help with that annoying slope he kept climbing at the end?

@kitfisto99: Couldn't say for certain, I assumed it wouldn't since I figured it'd be one which you would slip down if you tried that. But perhaps it would've helped, I might try that off-camera and get back to you on it if I get time!

That's one of the awesome things with the shell is that you can go on steep hills and not slide back down...if you keep jumping, that is.

Well done on your fancy way of getting that star that you need the shell for! :D
